What a day, Triad! 💙 The Triad LUNGe Forward 5K Run, Walk & Celebration, presented by Parks GMC of Kernersville, brought our community out in a big way, and together we raised over $96,400 for lung cancer research, education, and survivor programs! 🎉

What a weekend! 💙
On September 19, our Greenville community came together at H. Boyd Lee Park for the 4th Annual Greenville LUNGe Forward 5K Run, Walk & Celebration, and the turnout was nothing short of inspiring.
246 of you showed up to walk, run, and stand together in support of lung cancer research, education, and survivor programs. Together, we reached our goal and raised over $68,000! 🎉
To everyone who fundraised, donated, or simply showed up with a smile: thank you.

What an amazing weekend at our annual Lung Cancer Survivor Wellness Retreat! We were so grateful to host seven survivors at Camp La TeDa in Raleigh for an immersive, rejuvenating experience rooted in community and connection.
Surrounded by others who truly understand life with a lung cancer diagnosis, survivors explored practices that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
A heartfelt thank you to Cheryl Lecroy, David Wheeler, and our wonderful team of integrative practitioners for bringing this weekend to life.

This past Saturday, we brought Screening Saves to the Campbell University vs. NC A&T football game — connecting with 400+ fans and honoring Joy Henderson as our Survivor of the Game. Her story reminded everyone that survivorship means building a hopeful life, not just surviving one.
One attendee left with a hand fan listing screening qualifications — and came back to tell us it was her spouse's "sign to get screened." Another shared he lost his mom in 2014 and asked how to get involved.
