Since 2014, the Southeast Raleigh Community Learning Center has provided high quality afterschool and summer learning experiences for students grades K and up.
There is no cost for students to attend this program. This is a no cost program that provides outstanding after school and summer programs for students grades K and up in the Southeast raleigh area.
Have you registered your child for our FREE federally funded summer program? SERCLC LIT! (LITERACY INTEGRATING TECHNOLOGY) is a fun filled, educational program that provides our students with literacy based, content relative material connecting with other areas of study.
