Making Magic Trick Riding - Marissa Rathbun

I am so proud of Kayla Rhoten!! She has been taking lessons with me for the last month and has learned and grown so much. 💖🐎 She started on the barrel and quickly moved from a leadline horse to trying a trick at a canter on Oz last week! Oz has one speed and she handled him like a champ! Girl, you will be performing with me in no time! 🥰🎉

I love working with lessons students! Most classes are one on one and can afford a lot of personal attention and adaption to needs and abilities.

Yesterday exceeded my expectations! Oz was amazing and handled the performance like a seasoned horse! 🐎🔥 We are working on compiling some videos and will post them soon. Thank you Kelly Jean Photography LLC for these amazing shots of my boy!

So excited for be a part of this! This was my big goal for the year and in about a month I will be heading up for a fun filled weekend!!

So thankful to Peak Horse Farm LLC! Oz will get his first trick riding performance in front of a crowd Saturday in Dunn. 💖🎉 We are just over a month away from our big show at Kentucky Horse Park and want to make sure Oz is show ready. Come out saturday to check out the show and the amazing participatants! Bill and I have fun in this arena before and I'm glad Oz will get a chance as well. 💖🐎🔥

There is a $5 per person gate entry, anyone 5 and under is free!

This last weekend I had the chance to compete in my first 4h rabbit show. I had a lot of fun and am looking forward to when I can do it again! ☘️💖

My bunny is under 6 months old and she is a mini rex. She is still growing and filling out. She didn't do that well for her breed but I placed 2nd for showmanship in the senior category. The judge told me that within a few months she should get her adult coat and and should do really well! I named her Anne bunny, after Anne Bonnie, the pirate! 🏴‍☠️🐰

I am thankful to Wake County 4-H for the opportunity to participate and to the amazing breeders that helped me find my bunny and helped the kids learn something new!
