Wrapping up the remodel on the bathrooms! Really like how they turned out!

We remodeled the motel rooms last winter but didn't have time to do the bathrooms before the MLF tournament rolled into town, SO... we're remodeling the motel bathrooms THIS winter. New ceramic tile showers coming soon!

Putting the finishing touches on a long-overdue remodel of our standard motel rooms. Just completed what needed to be done to all of the rooms at the same time: removed walls, installed a combination kitchenette/vanity, new flooring, new paint and new ductless mini-split HVAC that crank out the cold air! Updating furniture and bathrooms will happen a room at a time as occupancy permits. Before/after pics shown.

Welcome to the Oak Ridge Motel!

The motel, located at Oak ridge Marina on Lake Fork, offers clean, comfortable, affordable accommodations just feet away from the other marina features: a full-service restaurant, a well-stocked tackle store, a private boat ramp and boat slips on the water at Lake Fork.
