This food truck is serving Dominican & Caribbean flavors that deserve way more hype!

Gee will never say no to the Dominican burger from here on out,
Annie was all in on the burrito and as for me, the steak frites are living rent free in my head 🔥

Collectively we agreed the plantain cups are a MUST. Don’t play yourself and skip the margaritas or dessert either.

Pull up and tell Mateo Edgy sent you 👋🏽

Obsessed with , it’s no shock that they have been around for so long. After meeting Francisco and learning so much about it’s a no brainer that you’re getting not only a quality experience but you have an incredibly great tapas menu to enjoy.

Not checking them out would be a mistake

Peruvian food really does it all, from comforting classics to bold, fresh flavors.

Give me Papa a la Huancaína for that creamy, of course some juicy rotisserie chicken that never misses, and the Ceviche bringing all the citrusy freshness. And when you’re craving something hearty, Chaufa de Mariscos hits every time with that perfect wok flavor.

The menu has all the heavy hitter items from Peruvian cuisine which is always a win 🤌🏼
