I believe everyone has something of value
that they give to others. That something isn’t found overnight, it resides deep inside you, and is seen by the countless number of people it affects. And you can only find this value by pursuing new things. I used to be someone who couldn’t imagine themselves being more than average. I lacked confidence, and I lacked courage. I felt as if I had no inherent value whatsoever. But that changed; when I began posting through my love for fitness and training, and I expanded into bodybuilding, I gained a community and made so many friends, who I have impacted and who have impacted me. So this is a reminder that you ARE capable, even if you aren’t even aware of it. So keep moving, chase that goal, start that hobby. You never know how your actions really might affect someone.

This drop was truly a fun one, being able to hit different landscapes, showing how passion can follow you any where you take it. Live becomes a feeling of needing something to feel fulfilled, always worried about the next step. This collection is truly my feeling of being free, allowing the good and the bad things. The beauty of this video is we traveled as a team down to Death Valley the hottest place on earth to use these beautiful landscapes for our shots. You can imagine bringing these weights to the location was a challenge, had all of us in a RV, but the best part was the journey and the experience.
