🌿 Prosciutto Pesto Mozzarella Grilled Cheese 🍞 INGREDIENTS/RECIPE Sourdough by @breadalonebakery #Butter Basil Chopped #Garlic Pesto (recipe on page) Prosciutto #Mozzarella Cheese 1. Mix your softened butter, basil, and chopped garlic together into a compound butter. 2. Spread your compound butter on two pieces of your sourdough. 3. Flip your bread over and now spread pesto all over the other side! 4. Add a few slices of prosciutto and a hefty amount of mozzarella. 5. Close up that baby and drop it onto a pan on the stovetop that’s been heated up over a medium flame. ‼️Slow and steady wins the race here. The slower you go, the toastier your bread will get without burning and the gooey-er your cheese is gonna be ‼️ 6. Once toasted to your hearts delight, flip the sammy and let the other side toast. 7.
