Caveman Steak!! 🥩😋
Flat Iron Steak is a tender, flavorful, and well marbled steak. Second most tenderest beside the filet. It comes from the shoulder(chuck) of the beef. There is only 4 steaks in a beef.
Today we processed a new cut of steak. Caveman Steak.
