Come enjoy a clean, green, family-friendly camping experience. Make memories with family or make new friends. We love snowbirds - try us on your way to/from your winter destination. Ask about our group tent sites for family reunions, church gatherings, or other large group camping. We accept GoodSam, AAA, AARP and active military discounts.

RV Checklist:
* Check batteries
* Flush lines/de-winterize
* Test slides
* Check propane tanks and lines
* Tires: Check pressure, tread, and lug nuts (including the spare).
* Lights: Check brake lights, turn signals, and headlights on both the RV and tow vehicle.
* Roof: Inspect seals, vents, and air conditioners for cracks or damage
* Components: Retract slide-outs, awnings, and leveling jacks.
* Doors: Lock all exterior compartment doors.
Mechanical & Safety
* Fluids: Check engine oil, transmission fluid, and brake fluid.
* Propane: Check levels, ensure tanks are secured, and turn off valves.
* Battery: Ensure the house and chassis batteries are fully charged.
* Safety: Test smoke, propane, and carbon monoxide detectors.
* Wipers: Check washer fluid and wiper blades.
Interior Setup
* Cabinets: Secure all cabinet doors, drawers, and pantry items.
* Appliances: Turn off the water heater and fridge (if traveling on gas).
* Windows/Vents: Ensure all are closed and locked
