Yuki
Artisan Shaved Ice We are open for summer 2016 right off State Street on the Provo/Orem hill in the parking lot of Waffle Love and Mountain West Burrito.
Here at Yuki (pronounced yoo-ki; the Japanese word for snow), we make everything from scratch. Instead of getting syrups from a box, we use real, fresh ingredients to create our own flavors that are unlike anything you’ve had before! When you try our blackberry, you’re tasting actual berries. Our melon syrups were real juicy melons just days ago. Our root beer are brewed fresh from our own recipes
Yuki is on the move! The original stand will be opening in St. George. Yuki will be in great hands with Tyler and Emma. They love the flavors and can't wait to bring them back!
Please keep following this page for updates on their location and any other possible events or locations.
It is a bittersweet time for us as we pass the torch. Our family misses Yuki, and we appreciate your support and especially your friendship.
Gratefully,
Brian and Jennifer

So we've decided that ice cream is a good thing to have at our event today. (When isn't it?) Like last year, you'll be able to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to your bowl. (We like it with root beer and vanilla as well as peach, vanilla and cinnamon. And with a lot of other things too, honestly . . . )
We hope we'll see you today! (We're at 205 E 400 S, Orem, UT 84058 from 4-9 pm.)

What a summer.
We hope you’ve all stayed as cool as you could, and we’ve missed all of you. We’re still working with prospective buyers for next year, but we don’t want a summer to go by without any Yuki in it, so this Saturday, August 12, from 4:00-9:00, Yuki’s back!
We’ve rented a local elementary school for the event. We’ll be at Noah Webster Academy, which is just east of State Street on 400 South in Orem. (The full address is 205 East 400 South, Orem, Utah 84058.)
We’ll have lime, lemon, strawberry, pineapple, vanilla, root beer, mint, ginger, habanero, Moscow Mule, mojito, hibiscus, peach, cinnamon, and blackberry.
Bring any gift cards and stamp cards you’ve got. (Even if the stamp cards aren’t full, you’ll still get a discount.)
Come finish the summer with us! We’ll save you a bowl.

This is such a difficult post to write. Our family circumstances have changed in the last year, and we no longer have the time we used to for running Yuki. As a result, in partnership with Dan, the owner of the franchise, we are looking for people who would like to continue Yuki’s unique tradition.
This is a hard thing, because we love Yuki’s product and the philosophy behind it. The last two years have been full of so many amazing memories and friendships. It’s difficult to think of a summer without you in it, and we’re so grateful for your support.
If you or anyone you know would be interested in writing the next chapter in Yuki’s story, you can message us through Facebook, email us at [email protected], or call us at 801-500-3496. We’ll train the new owners and help them get off to a good start.

The bad news is Yuki Shaved Ice is only open for one more week.
The good news is we have 29 flavors right now! We've made our last syrups of the year so once we run out of a flavor it is gone for the season. Come visit us for the last call of 2016!
Come try our two new locally grown flavors. Pumpkin is another classic fall flavor. Try it with cinnamon for pumpkin pie on ice. Honeycrisp apple is here and is heavenly with vanilla.
Come for our classic flavors like strawberry, lime, lemon, ginger, mint, habanero, root beer, vanilla, pineapple, mojito, moscow mule or watermelon.
Or come for some of the favorite specialty flavors of the year including raspberry, peach, hibiscus, cinnamon, grapefruit and cacao.
Or maybe come for some unique flavors that you won't find anywhere else. Beet, rhubarb and rose we're looking at you.
Or maybe even come for our amazing locally grown flavors--pear, rosemary, gala apple, lavender, cucumber and basil.
Hope to see you soon! (Saturday, September 24th is our last day, but if the weather is rainy please check this page before heading to the stand to make sure we are open.)

Raspberry is making its final appearance this season!
We also have two late-summer specialties for you to try: beet and rhubarb. Beet's unique, earthy flavor makes it a great stand-alone taste, and rhubarb's tangy sourness is great with strawberry or raspberry.
We've only got a couple of weeks left, but we've still got so many great flavors. Come by and try a few. We can't wait to see you!

It feels a little like fall today which means it is the perfect day to introduce the first of our fall flavors - pear and gala apple! Both are excellent with vanilla and/or cinnamon.
We've also brought back cucumber, basil, rosemary and lavender. And all of our new flavors this week are locally grown!
Please note our new hours for the rest of the season. We will be open Monday through Friday from 6 to 10 pm and on Saturdays from 12:30 to 10 pm. As long as the weather cooperates our last day will be September 24th.
Hope to see you soon!

We made our last batches of rose, grapefruit, peach and coconut this morning. Coconut always goes quickly so come by soon if you have to have it one more time this summer! (For those of you that wanted to see raspberry again, don't worry! It will be back before the season is over along with a few other favorites from this year.)
Also, we are excited to introduce Pink Himalayan salt. It is a free topping option. We especially like it with the citrus or melon flavors.
Hope to see you soon!

Rick Astley may never say goodbye but unfortunately we will have to in a few weeks. Is there a flavor you just can’t give up? This week we are bringing back some favorite specialty flavors from this summer and we need you to let us know what you’d like to see. Are you dying for another taste of rose? Will you cry all winter if you can’t have raspberry again? Please comment and tell us what you want to come back and we will make as many flavors as we can.

We are so excited for our three new local flavors this week!
First is cantaloupe - if it wasn't so delicious it would be too pretty to eat. It is fantastic with honey or vanilla.
Honeydew melon is sweet and mellow and amazing with lemon or lime.
Finally, local honey is back! It will add a little extra sweetness to any flavor but is really wonderful with cantaloupe or pineapple.
Hope to see you soon!
