In today's socio-economic climate, what approach do you believe is the most effective in ensuring a promising start to an independent life for our youth? Should there be an emphasis on recreational programming or providing an enriching education, inclusive of heritage and history?
Please comment, freely and openly, as all ideas/ thoughts are taken into serious consideration.
