Sherri Lee Moniz Au.D

Sherri Lee Moniz, Au.D, received her doctorate degree from the
University of Pittsburgh in April 2008, upon completing her fellowship at Women and Infants Hospital. Prior to her position, Dr. Moniz was a clinical audiologist at Women and Infants Department of Audiology, supervising the newborn hearing screening program, performing assessments of hearing and central auditory processing disorders, providing hearing aid management in pediatric and adult populations and supervising undergraduate and graduate students. From May 2010 to June 2013, she served as an audiology consultant, to the Beth Israel at Jordan Hospital newborn hearing screening program in Plymouth, MA. She previously was employed by Plymouth Ears Nose and Throat from July 2008 to March 2011, where she assessed and managed hearing and balance disorders in both children and adults. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is licensed in the State of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She currently serves as a member of the Center for Disease Control Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) Team Provider Education Committee. Operation Coordinator
Pauline Belmonte

Pauline Belmonte has been a dedicated asset in RIHAP for over 21 years. She performs a variety of clerical, data entry, record keeping, and other specialized
functions of the department such as processing and collating flows sheets/medical records, retrieving data . She receives assignments, inputs information into database, monitors and assists in the routine daily functions of the department. She also assists in the scheduling and coordination of hearing screens.
