Last week we showed you the tile going up. This week the floor to ceiling forest green subway tile is set, the white mosaic penny tile floor is in, the built-in niche is tiled out with an accent inset, and the floating bench seat is in place.

Still a few finishing touches to go before the full reveal. But this Louisville bathroom is already something special and we cannot wait to show you the final product.

That green tile though...🥰

Looks can be deceiving!

This deck looked totally fine from the top. Pulled the boards back and yeah, that substructure had seen better days. Rotted framing, compromised joists, the works.

Fresh pressure-treated joists are already in. New decking goes down next. By the time we are done this Louisville homeowner is going to have a deck that is actually built to last, not just one that looks okay for another season.
