West Coast Pilsner - 5.5%

A simple grist of 100% Pilsner malt. Hopped throughout the boil with Saphir, whirlpooled with Nectaron, and dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Galaxy. All the sharp hop character you want in a WCIPA, wrapped up in a crisp and clean 5.5% pilsner. Bitter, juicy, resinous pine, and ultra-crushable.
�Clean, crisp, and hop saturated. Bright and refreshingly bitter. Classic but modern. Aromas of tropical lime and white grape meld with flavors of dank cannabis, grapefruit pith, pine, and passionfruit.

Tuesday (6/2)
Both Taprooms will be hosting Trivia from 7-9PM. Flex your intellectual prowess with a cold beer, good food, and immaculate vibes.

Wednesday (6/3)
Logan Street Taproom will be offering up Japanese-Style Sharp Pours ALL DAY LONG with select rotating Lagers on draft.

Thursday (6/4)
Logan Street Taproom will be hosting LNO Bingo from 7-9PM.

Friday (6/5)
Both Taprooms will release Past the Pines - West Coast Pilsner, on draft and 16oz. 4-Packs.

Saturday (6/6)
Logan Street Taproom will be hosting a POWERBOMB After Party starting at 4:30. Join us as we welcome the rowdiest crowd to ever hit Logan Street.

Powerbomb is fighting at Logan Street Market @ 2PM and we’re bringing the after party to our taproom. Come hang with wrestlers, the world renowned Howell Dawdy will be playing music at 5PM, and we’ll have a slew of Food & Drink Specials rockin.

The frequency will be at an all time high. Come through and LET’S GET THIS PARTY GOING.

Norton Commons Taproom will be hosting a Family Friendly, Trolls Silent Disco from 2-5PM

Logan Street Taproom will be hosting A Summer Sunday Yoga Session from 12:30-1:30PM.

Join Anthony for a 60-minute gentle yoga class on the outdoor rooftop patio at Atrium Brewing each Sunday. This class is open to all levels of yoga practitioners from first-timers to experienced home yogis.

WE ARE SO BACK. We teamed up with our beloved buds to bring you another year of Pickle G with a fresh new label.

We started with a kettle-soured wheat beer, then cold conditioned it with the perfect amount of Pop’s pickle brine.

Lightly tart and ultra refreshing with aromatics of fresh dill and flavors of Louisville’s favorite pickle, with a subtle heat that lingers on a lightly salty and briny finish.

It’s quite a jarring experience that we are excited to share with all of you.

One of our most requested collabs over the last few years has been for us to team up the beautifully twisted minds at from Fargo, North Dakota.

For the penultimate grand finale of 2026 Sour Month we’ve combined forces with these fruit daddies to create this absolute monstrosity of a unit called CHONKY BOI. OH LAWD’HE COMIN.

A kettle soured base beer conditioned on over 30% fruit by volume including passionfruit, orange, and guava. We then added a certain red gummy candy in the shape of a fish, and a touch of tropical gummy candies as well.

This thing is in the top 5 most heavily fruited beers we’ve done to date. Aromatics of red candies, classic POG juice, and mango nectar. The palate is thhiiccccc as heck with flavors of POG nectar, red gummy candies, tropical fruit explosion, and musty guava.

Due to the massive amount of fruit in this beer, we recommend rolling the can before pouring into your desired serving vessel.

We only filled a handful of kegs to avoid dealing with the separation, once they are gone, we will move to can pours in our taprooms.

A well earned rest from the Sour Month Madness has arrived.
We wanted to brew a lean and mean West Coast IPA with tried-and-true fruit forward push button hops, that we usually use heavier in Hazy IPAs.

Brewed with a grist of low color Pilsner malt and a touch of flaked rice. Continuously kettle hopped with Citra and whirlpooled with more Citra. Dry hopped with Mosaic Lupomax and even more Citra. Cold conditioned in brite tank with Citra & Mosaic .

A crisp and clean palate with flavors of tangerine peel, grapefruit, pineapple express, and resinous pine. It’s familiar, sharp, and zippy.
