Tropical Pale Ale – 6%

The one that got away. A b**r that was supposed to be released for IPA Month back in August and unfortunately had to be discarded due to equipment failure. We casted out again with our friends at to finally reel in this Tropical Pale Ale that is built for long boat rides, adventures with your buds, and pizza parties on the beach.

Brewed with lean pilsner malt, a double dose of chit malt, and a touch of flaked & malted oats. Whirlpooled with Citra and fermented with a blend of our house IPA yeast and thiolized London Ale yeast. Dry hopped with Riwaka and El Dorado. Cold conditioned on Limequat Subzero Hopkief.

We get aromatics of tropical fruit punch, lime candies, and pineapple gummy bears. The palate is dry while remaining soft and pillowy with flavor notes of peach smoothie, mango, red jungle juice, and tropical passion fruit.

Wednesday (9/30)
Both Taprooms will release Apple C***r Donut - Gluten Free Sour, on draft and 16oz. 4-Packs.

We’re happy to announce BOTH TAPROOMS will be offering up Japanese-Style Sharp Pours ALL DAY LONG with select rotating La**rs on draft.

Norton Commons Taproom will be hosting a Wednesday Food Truck with none other than the Philly Phixens Food Truck parked from 4-8PM

We replicated our favorite Halloween candy in a Gluten Free Sour just in time for SPOOKY SZN. Our gluten free base conditioned on tons and tons of green apple candy and a touch of dark caramel.

The flavor notes on this one write themselves, it’s identical to your favorite lollipop. Sweet and sour green apple with a confectionary sticky caramel linger.

Oatmeal Porter – 6%

Brewed to honor Phil, the guardian of grain at our off-site warehouse. We adopted Phil from a working cat’s program a few years back to protect all our grain storage from unwanted critters. He has paid his dues, put in the work, and is finally getting his own Atrium b**r.

Brewed with a base of Marris Otter, flaked oats, malted oats, roasted oats, and a smattering of roasted barley varietals. Moderately kettle hopped with the beloved Centennial hop.
We get aromatics of cold brew coffee, bakers’ chocolate, and roasted barley. The palate is soft and creamy with flavor notes of black sesame, cacao powder, and burnt marshmallow with a dry and moderately bitter finish.

While the cans are carbonated with co2, we have a limited number of NITRO kegs at both taprooms while supplies last. The nitro draft drinks creamier, rounder, and even more crushable than the co2 base version.
