🚑 PFARS is hiring EMTs — Full-Time and Per Diem

Princeton doesn't slow down in the summer, and neither do we. PFARS responds to 3,500+ calls a year and the season ahead is our busiest. We're hiring certified EMTs to join one of the most capable community EMS teams in New Jersey.

Full-Time EMT — Starting $25.22/hr, step program to $32.50/hr. Health, dental, vision (employer-covered). Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability. 5% employer-sponsored 401(k). Paid technical rescue training.

Per Diem EMT — Starting around $27/hr. 16-hour monthly minimum. Flexible scheduling — pick up shifts that fit your life. Ideal for career EMTs looking to add hours at a strong agency.

When you call 911, you're guaranteed a police officer. You're guaranteed a fire truck.

But in New Jersey, you are not guaranteed an ambulance.
