John Speight, Chief Delivery Officer, Coforge & Mukund Garg, EVP, Global Delivery, Coforge inaugurated the annual technology conference of Coforge-TechCon 2022. The two-day hybrid event (in-person and in Metaverse) is a knowledge-sharing platform for Team Coforge on emerging technologies.

Glad to be a part of a wonderful initiative organized by CYDA India in expanding livelihood opportunities and imparting training for future entrepreneurial development. This initiative will definitely impact society positively. Thanking the entire team for a great event.

In the last two years, business, education and health have been adversely affected by COVID-19. Economically weak families had to bear the brunt of pandemic. Considering the seriousness of this situation, CYDA and Coforge have jointly implemented an initiative to help the Covid-19-affected families in Kolhapur. Under this initiative, CYDA and Youth Aid Foundation provided Entrepreneurship training to a total of 380 women in Kolhapur to expand their livelihood opportunities.
We also distributed seed funds of total of Rs. 5 lakhs to 25 families in Karveer taluka of Kolhapur district who received this training recently. More than 52 families participated in this activity. The seed fund distribution ceremony was done at the D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Salokhenagar, Kolhapur, in presence of representatives from Coforge, KIC, CYDA, YouthAid Foundation and MSSDS.

It was a proud moment for us as Coforge was chosen as one of the 'Most Preferred Workplaces of 2022' by Marksmen Daily in association with India Today. The respondents were asked to evaluate the organizations on attributes like Employee Centricity, Organizational Purpose, Intrapreneurial Ecosystem, Work Flexibility, Diversity and Equality, Growth and Rewards, and Social Cohesion. The survey identified the Most Preferred Workplaces 2022 as perceived by employees and industry stakeholders in Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities in India
