I could have never imagined a connection could be so deep online. My beloved and I started an online school for people to learn Kirtan (sacred music) and Kundalini Yoga in the beginning of the summer. Since then we have been blessed with a beautiful community gathering around the light of these beautiful teachings. In the classes that I teach and participate in, I love witnessing people finding their own connection, and becoming truly empowered with tools to feel peace, inner love and light, with the support of so many. Meanwhile, let us remember that living things work towards one fundamental objective - homeostasis: a state of equilibrium produced by a balancing of the life process. The Yogi realizes that this is the foundation of true happiness, only possible after obtaining optimal health plus an ability to direct one’s mind sufficiently enough to avoid the turmoil of compulsive emotions that are soon replaced by presence and loving awareness.
