American Ranch Community Association

This peaceful, gated community from the open grasslands, to the Juniper and Pinion properties nestled in the spectacular granite boulder formations, offers numerous opportunities to experience and enjoy all four seasons of the year. Residents often fish in a catch and release lake and stream at an exquisite community ranch house or hike the 10 miles of open trails on 600 acres surrounded by Granite Mountain Wilderness and Prescott National Forest. Tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming pool, fitness room, game room and overnight tipi stays with fire rings at the Ranch Camp, next to the ball and soccer field all come together to create a multitude of opportunities. If you are a horse lover, American Ranch has all the amenities you could ask for including three barns for boarding and the largest covered arena in Northern Arizona. Saddle up your horse and access the Granite Mountain trail system in the Prescott National Forest right from our back door!
