• Processing Booked: September 18 at Delaware Meats (Delaware, OH). Dry-aged for 14 days and ready for pickup early October.
• No Hidden Fees: $7.25 per pound hanging weight. This includes all slaughter, custom cutting, vacuum packaging, and freezing fees. You pay exactly what the carcass weighs.
