Raised in an Italian household in western NY, I learned the art of cooking at the feet of the masters: my mother and grandmother. Today, I continue to bring this cultural flavor to the. table for my family, friends and clients. I believe that every meal is a celebration and try to bring that joyous experience to each dish I prepare. I’m a longtime resident of Powder Springs, GA and the owner/chef
