New landing transitions to accommodate walk area below deck. Cedar decking, fascia, and railing allowed this deign to tie into home seamlessly. Recessed lights were added in stair risers for safety. Thankful for the guys (Brandon, Ty, & Tre) executing this design. Thank you West family. All glory to God alone.

38x12; half covered deck with the following details:1) Decking: TimberTech-Sea Salt Grey decking 2) Railing: 6x6 pt post with Titan bases and matte black round square balusters 3) Stairs: ~15” treads picture framed with cascading edges 4) Sreeneze Screen System to be installed after staining. Couldn’t be more proud of the team (Brandon, Ty, Tre, Anthony, Lucas) that executed this project while I was out of the country.

Why Ipe?
Ipe wood is so dense that it actually sinks in water, and it comes naturally loaded with oils that help it resist insects as well as moisture. These attributes make it one of the longest-lasting natural materials for decks available.

It’s been a hot week, but the team pressed on. Ipe decking to be installed next week; Lord willing. O to glorify God in the mundane and to be found faithful.
