Excited to be nearing completion of the Dutchess County Fairgrounds Livestock Hill Restroom Facility as summer approaches. Built to support fairgoers, exhibitors, families, and everyday visitors alike, this project will serve the fairgrounds year-round for years to come.

Memorial Day gives us an opportunity to reflect on the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country and honor the sacrifices made by so many. At MHCM, we join in remembering and recognizing those whose service and sacrifice continue to leave a lasting impact.

Monday we had the opportunity to attend and sponsor the Orange County Partnership Golf Outing, connecting with many of the people helping shape growth and economic development throughout the region.
As MHCM looks to continue expanding our presence in Orange County, events like this are a valuable opportunity to build relationships, learn what’s ahead, and connect with the organizations, businesses, and leaders driving investment and development across the community.

Maintaining productivity while prioritizing safety starts with planning.

At MHCM, every crew member completes OSHA training, participates in ongoing safety discussions, and works through project-specific safety planning before work begins. From pre-job walkthroughs to regular site audits, safety remains active throughout every phase of a project.

As General Superintendent & Safety Coordinator Justin Burger shared in our recent Construction Safety Week newsletter, preparation and communication play a major role in creating safe and productive jobsites.

Construction Safety Week is a reminder that safety starts long before work begins and continues through every phase of a project.

As part of that commitment, members of the MHCM team recently completed American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid training to continue building on the knowledge and preparedness we bring to our jobsites every day.
