Welcome to the 1st Annual Crunch Fitness Halloween 5K! The Crunch Fitness 5K takes place on a scenic, point-to-point course in the middle of spring.
It starts in front of Crunch Poughkeepsie (2 Neptune Rd., Poughkeepsie) and courses through the Crown Heights neighborhood. There are no major hills and much of the course is tree-lined. The event also includes a pre-race warm-up with the trainers of Crunch Fitness. The Crunch Fitness 5K is a fundraiser for Anderson Center for Autism.
