A “goal” weight only makes your workout classes stressful. 🤯
You can’t hate yourself into a version you love. You already have the lovable body, God gave you this one! Accept her, respect her and be gentle to her. ❤️
Take a moment to STOP stressing about what you need to change and start being present in your workout. 👉🏼 You can’t appreciate your change when you’re too focused on the “number”. 👏🏼
I promise your workouts will be more effective (especially with less cortisol/inflammation from the stress 😉)! ✨

is truly one of my favorite methods I’ve ever taught. I wish this was in my life while training in gymnastics. I would have avoided injury. Grateful to have LAGREE in my life now keeping me a versatile teacher and a student who never plateaus.

What does movement do for you??👇🏼
This is my why babe: It takes me just 15 minutes to get out of my head and onto my mat or mega. Mentally, movement has saved me from my own self destructive behaviors.
I struggle with self worth, comparing myself to others, addictions, out of control emotions & so much more.
Some days are better than others, and being consistent with my routines and classes are keeps me in control and present.
There is no “quick fix” but I can guarantee you’ll be pretty proud of yourself for accomplishing something. 💪🏼🔥
