The apples from my garden are so tasty this year. I've been enjoying them by making fresh juice with the following goodies:
- A handful of apples
- An inch of ginger (more or less to taste)
- One piece of turmeric
Optional: Add some pineapple slices if you read my newsletter and want to work that in for your lunch health!
Enjoy!
