Customer requested matte epoxy on top of the concrete. Properly etched, then primer and then epoxy! They are absolutely in love and still holding up without any peeling or chipping. Prep work was 100% worth it! Outcome was astonishing!

Forgot to take a before photo :( the wall had collapsed and fell into the grass! Customer requested an accent to the flat retaining wall. Removed the unusable pond and hard-scaped it with the existing stones. Customer ordered their own fountain!

Installed by someone else, years and years ago. However so close together that grout could not be placed properly. Cutting new gaps and new grout, plus excellent sealer. Outcome was drastically different for the home owners!!

From beginning to end! Opening a can of worms comes to mind. Elevated room attached to garage, no floor insulation. Walls were not connected to the header and in most places, not the footer either.

Once demolition was done, new ledger board all the way around, lifted the long wall to level the building 3 inches, new floor joists, hangers and floor insulation.
Extended the walls from 2x4 to 2x6's - 24" on center with R19 insulation, new drywall, new primer and paint, subfloor, osb plywood then topped off with sanded plywood topped with epoxy with sparkles and flakes (owner designed everything, I just did the work :))
Base trim and upper trim to dress it up, new properly installed stairs with toe kicks, new fancy door and an added dog door for the pooch!
Lots of labor of love but what a difference from beginning to end!

Customer requested heavy duty built cedar gates. Built for privacy, designed for high wind area and sealed for protection and longevity!

Another customer designed project done and in the books! Blued pine tongue and groove boards with a custom stained oak mantle! Lots of work, but the outcome is picture perfect for this lovely home!

Before, during and after! Oak stairs stained with dark mocha color and covered with thick polyurethane for a lifetime of maintenance free enjoyment! New toe kicks for a fresh look!

Customer purchased home gym equipment... installed by yours truly!
