Little lady, you are amazing. You can do the things you and your family love to do and still be successful.

You see, Heidi and her husband love the Idaho Vandals football. They love them so much that every home game is a party in the parking lot. Trailers big screens and all the goodies too. All that stuff you see people doing on TV before the big game, thatโ€™s what Heidi gets to do. She chooses to manage herself without having to give up all that she loves.

Heidi, you just keep getting better and better. Youโ€™re dedicated to your family by taking care of them and yourself. You have succeeded where few do.

When we started this challenge, we discussed the need to be perfect on your diet to get the desired effect.

The thing about Jeremy is that his body fat wasnโ€™t at all high in the first place, so to lose body fat and keep his muscle, he was going to have to be very specific. Jeremy stuck to rigorous workouts and was spot on with his food to the point of driving his wife nuts while figuring out his macros at dinner. ๐Ÿคฃ

Good for you, buddy.

Jeremy also stuck to the Dotfit plan I gave him to ensure he wouldnโ€™t lose any muscle mass.
Well, he did just that. Jeremy lost over 7 percent body fat, losing 11.8 pounds of fat, and his BF% ended at 11.1

Absolutely phenomenal, buddy. You did it perfectly, Jeremy.

Oh, Michelle! Look at you coming right in next to your hubby Jeremy with a great second-place finish and 9.16 percent of your body weight lost for a total loss of 19.4 pounds.

I gave you a calorie count and a protein number. You did the rest, Michelle. I love the fact that you planned out how many times you would allow yourself some extra freedom! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Michelle, you made a plan, and you nailed it. You blew past your goal and hit every workout like it was your last. Thatโ€™s the effort that makes things work. You stuck to the plan and didnโ€™t give in when things stalled a bit. You trusted the process and just did the work.

Well, look at you, Mrs Big Shot!

Mellissa, you killed this one by losing 7.1 percent body fat and 10 pounds from an already slender frame.

You took your fitness to the next level for sure, and with that being said, you matched it with great nutrition. This is the absolute best way to attack any fitness program. You have to do both parts. You gotta hit the gym, and you gotta eat right to match what you want your body to do. Well, you did just that. Iโ€™m so proud of you, young lady. Your workouts were grinders every time. You hit the toughest days head-on, even when you had to be at the hospital all night.

Bro, you did it again.

5.5 percent body fat lost and a total of 12.6 pounds down overall. Great effort with some very difficult weeks in there. Perseverance through hard times is always going to be a great tool to have in your toolbox. Life is not always going to line up with your plans.
Regardless of the situation, you made it happen. Your big push in week 8 pushed you ahead for the 3rd place win!
