The Festival returns June 26-28! This family-friendly event is a blast, featuring carnival rides, games, plenty of food, and live music. Friendly reminder: weather and pilot permitting, balloons will only be onsite for morning launches from 5:45-6:15am (balloons may be visible in the sky longer depending on wind speed), tether rides (6:30-7:30am or as long as fuel lasts and weather permits) and Night Glow (sunset). LET’S RIP! The third annual Rockstar Energy Open takes over Tom McCall Waterfront Park Aug. 14-16. This free, family-friendly event brings world-class skateboarding to the Rose City and we couldn’t be more stoked. Head downtown to see epic tricks, live music, art installations and much more. Portland is a massive, living outdoor gallery. Instead of standard city views, global and local street artists have turned our brick walls and concrete columns into stunning masterworks.
Here are 6 incredible murals you have to hunt down next time you are in the Pacific Northwest:
