Buying a home shouldn’t feel impossible, and with the right guidance, it isn’t. So proud of these first time homebuyers who took the time to learn, ask questions and grow confident — turning what once felt overwhelming into a major win. 🏡🔑

Cheers to a new chapter, a new home and years of memories to come.

August — where did you go? Did the summer speed by a little too fast for anyone else? We had a busy month, I learned to paddle board, took the family to Idaho for some fun and time with grandparents, sent both kids back to school and closed on three of my incredible listings!

Ready or not, here comes fall… 🏈🧡

Happy New Homeowners! 🏠🗝️🥂

In April, Gavin & Traci were in town for 72 hours with one goal: buy a house. A whirlwind couple days, and we made it happen. Less than a month later they closed on their new home and last week I had the pleasure of greeting them to deliver keys after a cross-country drive!

Welcome to Oregon! 🌲❤️ We hope you love it here.

A little rain can’t keep smiles away when you get the keys and pop the question on the same day! 🔑💍

It is always such an honor to share major life milestones with our clients. While we helped Liam close the deal on purchasing his first home, he closed the deal on the girl on his own! 🏡❤️

Wishing you both years of happiness together in your new home. Thanks again for trusting us to be a part of your journey.

As Thanksgiving approaches, I’m reflecting on the importance of gratitude and focusing on what we can control—our mindset and how we love on those around us. What I am grateful for today? This team and the huge blessing they are in my life and business.

Matt’s leadership and determination to always push us to be our best.

Sue sharing her wisdom in life and real estate, and always providing a listening ear.

Nick’s insight, analytical mind, engaging stories and timely encouragement.

Dan being a solid rock of a team player, always organized and dependable.

Alyssa for bringing us energy, being creative and meticulous. You make us all look good.

So grateful we are a team—in work and in life! 🫶

Sometimes when people come into your life, you know they are your people. And sometimes, you get to work with your people and make their dreams come true. This one was a journey, a laborious, stressful, is this actually happening, incredible, let’s buy a fixer upper story. A story that at closing is only just beginning… (Check out that instant equity when they pulled up the carpets on day one.)

Dreams do come true, kids. And working with people like you, is my dream. ❤️ To the whole Carp fam, love you, and can’t wait to see how you make this diamond in the rough shine.

Real estate real talk.

Real estate can be hard. It can make you cry, it can make you want to give up, it can be completely out of your control and yet you lose sleep trying to figure out how to solve problems that aren’t yours to solve. You can take on emotions that aren’t yours to feel. But we learn, we grow, we keep moving and doing our best. And when it is all said and done, sometimes your client brings you flowers and the sweetest card ever and you remember why you love what you do.
