Well, my Mr Pierre Belgian Pale is off to San Diego for the finals in the National Homebrew Competition. Winning the regionals has been pretty awesome so I’m content…and I feel rather blessed to get a shot at the nationals. Hop on my Belgian pale….hop on! 🤘🍺🧙‍♂️

Kegging and barreling and transferring oh my!
Spent the afternoon kegging our Winter Stout and putting what was leftover into the whiskey barrel for some special spa treatment. Transferred the Mr Pierre Belgian pale to clear it up and get it ready to keg in a few days. Added a bit of coriander and bitter orange peel to that one as an experiment.
