Most people have never had a physician who already knew why they were there before they sat down.
So let me tell you exactly what happens here.
I have already read your chart before you arrive. We talk for as long as we need. We go through your nutrition, your activity, your sleep, your stress. We build a real plan together.
You leave with my direct number. Not a portal. My actual number.
That is your first visit at Saravit Direct Health. And every visit after that.
What is one thing you wish your physician had more time for? Tell me below.

Portland summers don't wait. And neither should you.
Every year I see the same pattern - the motivation is there, but the body hasn't caught up. Low energy. Poor sleep. Big plans that stall before they start.
That's not a discipline problem. That's a signal worth paying attention to.
At Saravit Direct Health we run a full summer readiness check - labs, metabolic testing, body composition, and a real conversation about what your body actually needs this season.
Not generic advice. Not a rushed 10-minute appointment. A plan built around you.

I have seen it happen over and over with my patients. They come in exhausted. Frustrated. Feeling like their body is working against them. We look at their labs, their lifestyle, their nutrition, their activity. And almost every time, sleep is part of the story.
When we finally address it, everything starts to shift.
Energy comes back. Body composition starts to respond. Mood stabilizes. Brain fog lifts. The things they had been blaming on aging or stress or just being busy start to resolve.
Sleep is not passive. Your body is doing extraordinary work while you rest. Repairing. Regulating. Resetting.
You are not lazy for needing more of it. You are human.
If you have been feeling like something is off and you cannot quite name it, I would love to start with one simple question.
How are you sleeping? Drop your answer below.

Today we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country. There are no words adequate for that sacrifice. Only gratitude and remembrance.
If you or someone you love has served, thank you. Today and every day.

You don't have to hit a wall to deserve support. Mental health doesn't always look like a crisis.
Sometimes it looks like exhaustion that sleep never fixes. A short fuse that wasn't there a year ago. A heaviness you carry quietly, one you can't quite name but can't quite shake either.
That's still something worth talking about.
Cedar Mill is full of people who work hard, show up for everyone else, and put themselves last. If that's you โ this is your reminder.

At Saravit Direct Health, we treat the whole person, not just what shows up on a lab report. We ask about your stress, your sleep, your relationships, because all of it is connected to your health.
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve care. You just have to show up.

There was a period after my mother died when I was going through the motions of living.
I was functioning. Technically. But I was not present. Not connected. Not well.
What eventually pulled me back was not one big thing. It was small, consistent choices. Going to bed at the same time every night. Focusing on nutrition that made me feel steady. Moving my body even when I did not want to.
I did not become a physician who talks about lifestyle medicine because I read about it. I became one because I lived it. Because I know what it is to rebuild from the inside out.
If you are in that place right now, I want you to know it is possible to come back. One choice at a time.
What is one small thing that has helped you on a hard day? I would genuinely love to know.
