Record plunge in foreclosures, thanks to robo-signers The number of foreclosure notices filed in November plunged 21%, the biggest month-over-month drop ever recorded by RealtyTrac, the online foreclosure marketer. Filings fell 14% compared with November 2009.

FB stats show that if FB was a country it would be 3rd in population behind India and China! Wow! There are over 500 Million active users-1/2 of those login daily.

October Market Stats came out and showed a slight drop in the average price from $279,000 for September to October's $276,800. That comfirms what we are seeing too--a slight drop in prices.

Speaking of Halloween. We toured some HUD homes to see if we could find a "treat". Some HUD homes played their part well as pretty scary , but a couple were quite sweet and could make a great buy.
