*Improving the successful transition of youth in foster care to adulthood*
Partners from the public and private sectors work together in the Maine Youth Transition Collaborative to ensure that youth transitioning from foster care have the resources and opportunities they need to be successful adults. through MYTC, youth and adults focus together on improving outcomes for youth in transition from foster care in the areas of employment, education, housing, mental and physical health, and lifelong personal and community connections.
