This morning, a past client called to write an offer on a home. 🏡
Before they had a chance to review the comparable sales, I sent over my recommended offer price.
They smiled and said, “That’s exactly the number we came up with last night.”
I laughed and said, “That’s called alignment.”
They replied, “Or maybe you just trained us well.”
Maybe it’s a little of both. 😊
