Why do BBQ restaurants serve bread? If you've eaten at a BBQ place, you'll notice it as a common side item. It's usually white bread. Other places source a standard white bread loaf. They do the job, a makeshift sandwich or slider, and mop up the sauce.

Starting 3/30, Matt's BBQ will be open from 11:30 am - 9:00 pm. Serving up BBQ every day for 1 hour longer! We call it our Spring/Summer Hours. We're excited to spend more time with you! Join us for in-person dining or takeout.
