We picked up these beauties at Shaw Farms. Today they got rubbed with our cajun seasoning. Tomorrow they'll braise low and slow, then rest overnight for the main event when we turn them into debris sandwiches on Sunday.

Our special delivery made it through the snow storm! Six bottles to crack open in six days!
Our first pop-up dinner is officially full! If you have reserved a spot, please let us know if your plans have changed as seating is very limited. If you were hoping to join us, please let us know and we will add you to our wait list. Or:
A.) be on the lookout for our soon to be announced second dinner... we are excitedly starting to plan that menu now.
B.) schedule a gumbo pick-up for Jan 29. We will be selling quarts of chicken, sausage and shrimp gumbo with rice and cornbread (enough for a hearty dinner for two) for $20. Pick up before the pop-up starts between 3-5pm.

It may have been my dad who started the father-daughter cooking club and always like to experiment with new recipes, but my mom taught me all the classics... like good ol' fashioned meatloaf. Get it here today with mashed potatoes or as a sandwich with caramelized onions and colby jack cheese.

We have three new sandwiches on the menu: The Cajun Club with spicy chicken salad, bacon and provolone; A Muffaletta with salami, ham, provolone and olive relish; and a Grilled Cheese with jalapeño pimento, provolone and tomato. Hope to see you this week!
