Rivera Mansions Expansion
Today, we kicked off Phase 1 of our 12 bedroom expansion project at our Rivera Mansions community. Phase 1 will bring 8 new residential bedrooms to our community’s (Building A’s) new wing and allow us to provide additional amenities such as a larger laundry room and additional dining area. We expect Phase 1 construction to be completed by March 2023.
Phase 2 will add 4 bedrooms (in Bldgs B & C) and staff breakroom in Bldg C. We expect Phase 2 to be completed by end of 2023. Our partners for this development are Charter Construction and Fred Gast Architect LLC.
