After the move it felt like there were a lot of extra hands involved in the process. i.e. I'd correspond with someone who seemed to be a point person, but almost every question was met with 'I'll let Craig know and he'll reach out to you.' Nothing wrong with that system, but I missed the real connection I previously experienced.
