Portland City Council Candidate District 2. Born & raised in NE Portland, elected PPS school board member.
Portlanders deserve a city where opportunities are accessible to all, and that we possess the smarts, determination and teamwork to make it happen. I running for Portland City Council, District 2 in the November 2024 election. I am a born and raised NE Portlander, and a two-time elected member of the Portland Public Schools Board where I currently act as Vice-Chair. My decision to run for City Council reflects my determination to address the city's housing and drug crises with compassion and innovation. I am to create a city where everyone regardless of race, income, identity or zip code can thrive, supporting development without displacement, nurturing small businesses, and ensuring access to essential services for all Portland residents.

Spent our waning summer days on the water at a lake a river and a lake. I really enjoyed watching my sons figure out paddling, seeing old friends at their annual cabin fest, and meeting with a bunch of incredible women Sunday for a picnic and paddle.
