Been working on processing these babies this week!

I just brought home this lovely machine from my dearly departed mommas storage today. There are like 5 or 6 machines here and I swear I can't even get one working. The Singer Retro-Matic.... the one I love and know how to use is finally going to the shop tomorrow. This one though is super cute and looks like a workhorse! I can't figure out how to thread it. THANKFULLY I happened to find this link to (an unknown to me) blog of my moms from 2010 with a flick right after she bought it!! This is special for many reasons but mainly being THERE IS A MANUAL. Somewhere HERE in all this stuff, there is a manual! Now if only I can find it. This online discovery and real life treasure made my day. Thanks Ma!

Found the most amazing thing today!! A 1942 DuBarry Success 6 week beauty course. There are hundreds of tips and amazing images. Some laughable, some realistic. Super stoked!! ISO any product tins, powder boxes or the complete set pictured if you happen to find. So lovely!!
