While we are all using a lot more disinfecting wipes, please remember, these products are NOT safe to be flushed down toilets. Flushing these products can result in a clogged or even collapsed sewer line.

Craigslist is absolutely flooded with rental scams this season. The scammers find legitimate housing ads, and use the photos to make fake duplicate ads at around half price. They'll then ask you to wire transfer them a deposit, even though they aren't affiliated with the property. They'll often have some half-baked story to explain why they can't be there, can't show you the interior of the property, won't give you their name or office address, only communicate via text message or skype, etc.
Don't be a mark! Never pay money to someone without seeing the property first, *meeting the landlord or agent in person*, etc. If it seems sketchy, research first before paying a dime.
