A Tesla Model 3 came into our shop with the driver-side LED headlight not working.

The dealership recommended replacing the entire headlight assembly. After proper diagnostics, we identified the issue as a faulty control module, not the full housing.

We replaced the module only, restoring full function and saving the customer from an unnecessary full replacement.
