We're excited to announce the Women's Sauna will be closed for a week or maybe 2 so it can get the same love we shared with the Men's. It'll be over in a jiffy - and you'll have wonderful new wood benches to enjoy!

Look who got a facelift - !!! The mens sauna is now open and better than ever!
Did you know that Sauna's almost out-number cars in Finland? And there's a Sauna in Finland that is also a Gondola that takes you up to the top of the mountain to another sauna!!! Luckily, you don't need to travel all the way to Finland to enjoy the benefits of a sauna - come chillax here at Lloyd Athletic Club (you don't even have to work out. We wont tell anyone)!
