This summer, step aboard the schooner Harvey Gamage and become part of an extraordinary maritime journey from New York City to Boston during America's 250th Anniversary celebrations.
After participating in the international gathering of tall ships in New York Harbor, Harvey Gamage will sail north along the coast of Southern New England, culminating in the spectacular arrival of the fleet in Boston.
This is more than a cruise. It is an opportunity to live aboard a traditional schooner, stand watch, handle sails, learn seamanship, and experience life as part of a working tall ship crew.

Harvey Gamage is seeking a licensed mate for our 2026 sailing season. Mid May through early October. Week to two week long Educational programs around new England and participating in Sail250 New York and Boston. 100 ton near coastal mates license and relevant experience required.
