Last week, we had the honor of participating in the wall breaking ceremony for the Building 7 Renovation, alongside our partners at Chemeketa Community College, Facet Architects, FFA Architects, and DPM Co., marking an exciting step forward for this 65,000 sf facility serving health, fitness, and wellness programs. Here’s to new beginnings and the continued impact this revitalized building will bring!

With construction dating back to 1927, the Mt. Scott Community Center in Southeast Portland was decades overdue for an upgrade. In partnership with FFA Architecture and Interiors, Inc. and the City of Portland, Bremik recently completed the renovation of the historic community center, which included seismic upgrades, improved ADA accessibility, and expanded facility offerings to better serve the community.
