Help!

Looking to find people that have worked or work at a Walmart. I need to interview a handful of people for a class. Any help is ap[appreciated. Super easy questions and there's only a handful that can be answered via messenger -

Here's the questions -

Background Questions:

How long have you worked at Walmart?

What is your current role?

What are your primary responsibilities?

Have your responsibilities changed since you started? How?

Organizational Structure Questions:

How would you describe the structure of your store's organization?

Who do you report to? How often do you interact with them?

Do you feel you have clarity about your role and responsibilities?

Communication Questions:

How does management communicate changes or new policies to you?

Do you feel adequately informed about decisions that affect your work?

Can you describe a time when communication broke down? What happened?

Technology and AI Questions:

What technologies do you use in your daily work?

What training did you receive for these technologies?

How has automation (like self-checkout) affected your job?

Values and Mission Questions:

Are you familiar with Walmart's stated mission and values?

Do you feel your daily work reflects those values? Why or why not?

What would need to change for the organization to better align with its stated mission?

Why did you leave or decide to work at Walmart?

All the fun tonight is at AURA for the KING KYOTE album release party!!! - King Kyote brings his roots-rock / indie-americana sound to Aura on November 22nd for a special album release concert presented by Camden National Bank and 98.9 WCLZ-FM🎶🎶

Doors: 7PM

Show: 8PM

All Ages

VIP ticket holders should plan to arrive at 6:15PM - A separate email will be sent out the week of the show with all VIP info.

Hailing from the Maine coast, his music channels the grit of blues and rock while rooted in authentic storytelling. Over the past few years, he’s represented Maine on NBC’s American Song Contest with his single “Get Out Alive”, reached over 1M streams and shared stages with artists like Taj Mahal, Houndmouth, The Record Company, Molly Tuttle, and The Black Crowes’ Rich Robinson.

🔥 This night marks the release of his debut self titled album "KING KYOTE" — Without question this show is a landmark event on Kyote's path, a milestone moment in his career and a powerful show you won’t want to miss.

Known for dynamic live performances and nostalgic songs that echo the spirits of the open road, King Kyote has become "the must see artist" of the Northeast. Tickets are on sale now 🎟️.

Special Guest Ali McGuirk will be supporting show.

About Ali McGuirk:

Ali has never been a church mouse. In fact, these days, she’s standing at the pulpit. “I feel like I’m writing lyrics that are preaching,” McGuirk said with a laugh, realizing in real time how much her voice as an artist has evolved while writing and arranging her latest album, Watertop. “I’m actually delivering a message, not necessarily processing my feelings, but delivering my thoughts on the matter. That felt like a different role to embody as a songwriter.”

Par for the course, McGuirk has made an exceptional album. Her 2022 release, Til It’s Gone, was widely acclaimed and praised as earthy, tender, and introspective. The atmospheric songs earned her adoration and accolades, including being selected as one of The Boston Globe’s Top 50 Albums of the Year.

Big thank you to our friends at Camden National Bank for supporting independent music.

It is with a heavy heart we announce that we will not be holding Point Reggae 2025.

Thomas Point Beach and Campground has been sold. Although we are sad we will not be gathering in celebration... We are honored and grateful for the experience we've shared. We hope to return in the future and will keep working towards supporting the free spirited community of dreamers and creators we have come to represent.
