Chef Air immigrated to America from Laos and with that brought her amazing cooking skills to the States. She immediately retained a job working at a Thai restaurant, cooking as their Head Chef. After years of working nearly 14 hour days, 7 days a week for someone else, her children and husband finally convinced her that she had the ability to cook in her own kitchen for her own customers.
