NextSet AI - Booking & Workflow Automation

Most service businesses don’t have a software problem. They have a coordination problem.

That’s why SaaS for service businesses wins when it helps teams do three things better:

• reduce back-and-forth.
• standardize repetitive work.
• give owners visibility without adding more meetings.

The best service-business software doesn’t feel “fancy.” It feels like relief: less chasing, less manual admin, fewer dropped handoffs, faster turnaround.

If your product helps a service business save time, stay organized, or deliver a better client experience, you’re not selling software.

You’re selling leverage.

What’s the biggest bottleneck you see in service businesses today?

Roofing contractors: how many calls are you missing while you’re on a roof, with a customer, or after hours?

NextSet.ai gives your business a dedicated AI phone line that answers calls, captures lead details, and sends them straight into a simple CRM — without you needing to hire a full-time receptionist.

It can help capture:

• Name and phone number
• Service needed
• Job location
• Urgency
• Best time to follow up

Setup takes about 5 minutes, and the goal is simple: help local contractors stop losing leads because nobody was available to answer.

I’m currently looking for a few roofing businesses to test NextSet.ai at an early-client rate in exchange for honest feedback.

If you want more booked estimates without adding office overhead, message me and I’ll show you how it works.

NextSet is now scheduling in the Portland/Salem area for service based businesses.

🎾 Tired of “email tennis” when trying to book meetings?
You know the drill:
“What times work for you?”
→ “How about Tuesday?”
→ “Tuesday’s no good, what about Thursday?”
→ crickets or another 5 emails…
It wastes HOURS every week.
So I built NextSet.ai – an AI scheduling assistant that ends the back-and-forth forever.
Here’s how it works:
• Share your NextSet link (or embed the chatbot)
• The AI understands natural language (“anytime next week after 2pm”)
• It checks your real calendar in seconds
• Suggests actual available slots
• Books the meeting automatically (with confirmations, reminders, even light upsells if you want)
No more endless threads. Meetings just… happen.
I’m a solo builder and this tool already saved me ~10 hours/week. Now I want to help others reclaim that time too.
👉 Free pilot for the first 20 people who comment or DM me!
(Perfect for freelancers, consultants, small business owners, coaches—anyone who books calls.)
Drop a 🎾 below if you hate scheduling as much as I do, or tell me your biggest booking frustration. I read every comment!
