My blue bedroom 💙

The older I get, the more I realize what wellness truly means to me.

These are a few of the simple things I try to prioritize because they help me feel healthier, happier, and more present. Moving my body, getting outside, staying connected with the people I love, creating a home that supports my well-being, and making my mental health a priority. It’s nothing revolutionary and may seem like common sense, but these things all really do make a HUGE difference in how I feel:)

One thing I appreciate is having access to resources that make those habits easier to maintain, like AARP Member Benefits. AARP members can save 30% on their first month of BetterHelp, making it easier to access mental health support if and when it’s needed. I also love how something as simple as fresh flowers can brighten a room and your mood (or make someone else’s day). AARP members can save 25–30% on flowers from FTD Flowers, whether you’re treating yourself or sending a thoughtful surprise to someone you care about!

You can check out more about your AARP member benefits and more with the link in my bio.
