Catherine Van serves as VP of DEIA for AMA PDX and has been an important part of the board since 2021, when she joined as Director of Diversity Outreach and Engagement. She has continued to grow her leadership over the past two years, helping create a more inclusive and community-centered chapter experience. Catherine has made a lasting impact by guiding the Cup of Equity series and championing equity, inclusion, and accessibility across programming, communications, and the broader Portland marketing community.
